After ordering a phone last December 2017 for my daughter we have had nothing but problems and she has only had a fully working phone for a matter of weeks. The phone was returned a few times over several months and in the end we gave up and requested a refund. Over 70 emails later we still have no refund even though the broken phone was returned at the end of July for the last time and we were promised a refund within 10 days on the 7th August 2018. I yet again have been promised the refund will be processed tomorrow, so lets wait and see. If not I will be contacting Trading standards...enough is enough it's an absolute joke the service we have received!!
