My autistic son ordered a phone through this company with money he got from his birthday and after a few weeks of chasing and threatening to cancel the order they sent us the phone. It started playing up after a couple of days so we returned it to their offices. This was back in early July and my son is still waiting for his refund. They have repeatedly promised to refund but no payment has been made. He is currently out of pocket by £470 and still with no phone. What a terrible way to treat a disabled boy....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will reply to this and say that they will promise to look into the problem urgently but do absolutely nothing about it. This is a disgraceful way to treat customers!
