Ordered recycle service for my iPhone 20th August 2018 - sent via post, not heard a thing except an email when I chased on 12th September saying someone would contact me in 4 days.
Here we are 8 days later no word, no one answered the phone when I tried to call - owed £318 by .... will I ever see it?
