Despite some poor reviews, we found our purchase of a refurbished iPhone to be quick and efficient and the condition of the phone when it arrived was excellent. My only gripe was when I emailed to delay delivery as I was away, this was ignored or not read. However, I was easily able to reschedule delivery with the carrier. So, apart from poor communications, all went very well.
