The item itself was in excellent condition and I'm very pleased and would recommend them on this level.
However, their customer service is none existent. .... which has called lots of problems .... and the ipad didn't arrive in time for my daughters birthday as requested.
I'm still waiting for a refund too on the first ipad that I had to send back.
