iPhone 7 purchased on 18th September. Arrived Fri 21st, fault with screen so returned on Mon 24th using QMF's postage option (48hr signed for). Apparently received by them Friday 28th. Have contacted them for updates but no response (other than we've received your enquiry). As this was a refurbished phone supplied by QMF I thought they'd have tried to turn it around promptly - it would seem not.
OK its a refurbished phone, but for £279 I'd expect a little better.
