Ordered a refurbished phone on 2/10/18. Only when I got the confirmation email through did it say that it could take up to 2 weeks to dispatch. I emailed querying when it was likely to be dispatched and had the confirmation email reiterated to me. When I explained I needed it urgently for work I was told they would have a better idea on 5/10/18. When I emailed them on 5/10/18 I got a sarcastic email back telling me it had only been 3 days and they still didn't know when it would be dispatched or what was happening. I asked for a full refund and to cancel my order. I was told someone would be in touch in 24hrs. I have rung every day since - no answer. I have emailed every day and get told someone would be in touch and they haven't.
