I ordered an iPhone 6S two weeks ago and still have not received a tracking code or any indication of when it will be delivered. I have tried ringing and ringing today, but nobody ever answers. I have now noticed that someone from QMF has responded to posts on this site within the last hour, so someone must be available. Having now read many reviews of people having had bad experiences with this company, I am now seriously concerned that I am going to have a major issue getting my money back. Extremely disappointed and stressed.
