I ordered a Grade A reconditioned iPhone. I took over a week to arrive & when it did it had faulty sound & rattled. Far from Grade A condition! I sent the item straight back for a full refund as per the Quick Mobile Fix money back Terms & Conditions. A refund can take up to 10 working days. It has taken me well over a MONTH of harassing them about my refund to actually receiving it. This was only after threatening them with the Trading Standards about them supplying faulty goods & then not adhering to their OWN Terms & Conditions. Throughout the process I tried to call their number but there was never an answer whichever extension I chose. All the emails I received were just excuses to keep hold of my money for as long as possible. I will NEVER go anywhere near this company again & I will certainly NEVER recommend them. Needless to say, although I have my refund I will be passing details of my experience & my email trail on to Trading Standards as I feel this company needs looking into.
