I ordered an iphone 5s on the 24/09 and have still not received it, i got an email from the company on 12/10 assuring me that it would be dispatched in 1-2 working days and still have not had any details regarding delivery...
really unhappy as this was purchased as a gift and the 10 days delivery stated on the website would have meant it arrived in plenty of time but the birthday has now been and gone.
Also having a contact number seems pointless when it just rings and rings and the you get cut off.
