I bought a phone several months ago and it has been returned three times todate
or at least the phones they sent back as allegedly fixed but I believe to be a different phone returned each time .The fault has been charging the phones the battery will not hold a charge. I have requested my money back as the phones are not fit for purpose but we get nowhere. My next step will be Trading standards or the small claims court.
