If there was a negative rating I would use that. I sent my device for recycling. Below is a summary
4 September 2018 - Device received by Quick mobile fix (QMF)as per Royal mail confirmation. Didn't send any acknowledgement email.
Call after two weeks to see what was happening. QMF replied saying we have chanced our policy. It now takes 10 days to inspect the device and another 10 to process the payment.
Contacted QMF early October 2018 to find out status of the payment as it stated on QMF website's tracker that the payment had been processed. They replied saying payment processed on 27 Sept and it takes 10 working days to be credit by the bank.
Contacted again on 16 Oct 2018, they said they will get back within a day. No response or update after that.
Never pick up their phone. After leaving a review on another website I got a response saying I didn't provide my order reference on the review website. Order reference is there in all my comms.
It has been over a month and a half since I sent my device and still no payment. Unacceptable.
