We ordered a pristine IPhone. It took a few days to arrive, I read they used a next day shipping which is true but they take several days to post which kind of defeats the point.
Phone arrived and indeed looked perfect. My daughter reported that her headphones didn't work well. We assumed it was the headphones so bought new, we then noticed that there was a physical fault with the headphone jack as the jack does not insert fully. This was after we had a good quality screen protector fitted!
we shipped the phone back within the 14 day limit but got a message saying it would be repaired and back to us in around 10 days. The phone was covered in QA stickers so I would have expected such a fault to be noticed.
For such fault being returned within the 14 days I was really expecting a replacement phone to be sent by return post, not for it to go into a standard repair process. Not the best experience so far. Perhaps I should have just rejected it.
