HORRENDOUS DO NOT SENT A PHONE FOR REPAIR I shall start by giving a very brief background, lost my phone, however had a iPhone 6 plus which needed 3 repairs, so rather than buying a new handset I searched the internet for what suitable repair service, I reviewed the reviews posted and like other people I took the bad reviews as possible shortcomings and the majority were good reviews, so paid and sent the phone for a repair which according to their website would take between 48-72 hours, well 22 days later they sent my phone back, which now has a further fault it never had before sending for repair. I damned if I am sending the phone back to them. As I am sufferer of chronic depression, anxiety & PTSD, the lifeline of a mobile is imperative for me to be able contact my care team & family in times of emergency which I had couple of them during the period of not having a mobile. Now as far as their customer service, I sent them over 40 e-mails which came back with the cut & paste response we'll update you in 24,48 or 72 hours on the status of your repair. The webchat was less than useful, same answers. Then to add to this disgusting behaviour, I was promised call backs from the manager, which with no mobile I needed to stay home waiting for these calls. Alas none of them happened. Even after pleading that I needed my phone back due to my illnesses, they sent pathetic e-mails apologising then gave the same BS responses. I also tried countless times to contact the customer service number, which in all the times of trying only once did they answer, once again promised a call back. I have written e-mails of complaint which have never been answered. This company caused myself my carers & my family major distress.
