Ordered phone for 3rd October for granddaughters birthday.
Cancelled order on the 12th of October as my granddaughter flew back to Australia. I was told My order had gone to cancellations department and would hear within 24 hours That was a week ago still no refund or no response to emails since that date but deafly not recommend
