Refused to call me to discuss the refund request.
Refused to issue refund until they find the phone they lost.
Refused to refund the phone that I have not received.
Refused to refund a phone that the courier says is now with them.
Refused to issue refund until they have checked the phone they repaired and marked as working is working?!?
refused to stop asking the same questions over and over about the phoen.
To be clear YOU DIDN:T DELIVER A WORKING PHONE, then repaired it, THEN DIDN:T DELIVER IT AT ALL. GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! NOW!!!!
