If it was possible to leave a review of 0 stars then I would, without hesitation. This has been one of the worst, if not THE worst, customer service experiences I have ever dealt with and I would urge anyone debating on ordering through Quick Mobile Fix to think twice.
I held off on posting any reviews in the hopes that my issues would be resolved but I feel like all hope is completely lost. 2 and a half months down the line and I am absolutely no further forward.
I purchased an iPhone for my grandfather on 20/08/18. To cut a long story short, the phone arrived after an extensive delivery period (much like everyone else who reviews this company mentions) which wasn’t really an issue to me. When I tested the phone it was faulty and I contacted the company immediately.
Firstly, their telephone customer service line is an absolute joke at best. They NEVER answer and it became pointless even trying to contact them this way. I then proceeded to have an email exchange with various individuals from the customer service team over a period of 4 days which consisted of me repeatedly requesting details of how to return the device for a refund and being completely ignored and advised to send it in for a repair. I was conscious of my 14 day money back guarantee and wanted to look elsewhere for a phone at this point.
I returned the phone and it was confirmed via email as received on 21/09/18 (even though on the online tracker it was confirmed as received a day earlier than this). In the confirmation email I was advised that the refund process can take between 10-14 working days which would imply that I was to receive a refund by 11/10/18 at the latest, if we are basing it on the dates of the confirmation email. I still to this day have no refund. Almost 30 days since they confirmed the refund as having been processed. I contacted customer support (again via email due to no success over the phone) on 26th October and was told the finance department would look into this. I then emailed on the 30th October as I had still received no response, I was told it had been escalated to the finance manager. I have now sent a further two emails and countless unanswered phone calls, only to be ignored altogether this time.
This is absolutely appalling customer service and I regret the day I ever came accross Quick Mobile Fix. All I want is a refund of my Grandfathers hard earned money for an item I purchased which you have confirmed as returned!!!!
