I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago, still hasn't been dispatched, have asked for it to be cancelled 4 times and have no confirmation of cancellation. Please just let me cancel this order and refund me my money. I do not want the phone anymore due to the amount of stress this company has caused me. I have been constantly having to chase to know updates but received no solid information. Just cancel the order please! ID198032
