Phone in great condition, and delivered qickly. But... tried to cancel order prior to despatch, and although I got a response asking me why I wanted to cancel, I had no further communication other than telling me the phone had been despatched. In the end I decided to keep it, but the lack of acknowlegement was not helpful.
