I have already complained on trust pilot and got a generic response "we will respond to you shortly" to appease the public nature of my complaint. I have still heard nothing after 19 working days. They have taken my money, failed to meet their proposed timescales and are also incredibly inept at keeping me updated - no one ever answers the phone and it just goes dead.
I will raise this to the relevant authorities if I do not receive either my money back or someone gives me a call to explain what is going on within the next 24hours. An absolute shambles and should not be a trading company.
