I tried to buy a phone in early September, the website claims that it will take a maximum of 10 days to ship however I waited 6 weeks before I was told that they did not have the phone in stock. I requested a refund and was told that it will take a maximum of 14 days. I emailed requesting that I get my money back quickly as I was not confident that they can keep to deadlines due to the past experience. I was insured that the maximum time it will take is 14 days. It has now been 21 days and I still have not received my refund. This company is poorly run with a customer service team that copies and pastes the same generic answer promising that something will be completed in a certain time scale which never happens. I would recommend never using this company if you would like actually like to receive the phone that you bought.
