Ordered a phone and decided I wanted the newer model, so returned the phone, unused and in it's original packaging, so I could order the newer model. Rang customer services to get return instructions and posted, received an email on the 24th of October saying the handset was received and the refund would take 10-14 days. Checked with my credit card company on 14/11/2018 (15 working days since the email) and they confirmed no refund had been received. I spent the entire day trying to call QMF, all options on the phone rang until it disconnected and their interactive chat, which I had used to discuss the return previously remained offline. At the end of the day I sent them a message explaining the above and asking that they refund the order in 5 working days or I would be forced to ask the credit card company to claim the return on my behalf. (Thank god I paid on Credit). I tried to contact them again via phone on the 15th, 16th and today (now 18 working days, 26 in total, since they emailed me to confirm they were processing the return) and still the phone continues to ring until it disconnects, no matter which option I select. I googled to see if others were having the same issue and I see that they are. I am also very unhappy to see the company is actively replying to the negative reviews, but seem unable to answer the phone or reply to emails. I have gone ahead and contacted my credit card company to claim the refund on my behalf.
