Terrible experience which is still ongoing do yourself a favour do not use this company 1 star is 1 too many!
It all started when I ordered a Grade A iPhone 6s from QMF back in August the phone is advertised as a fully refurbished & tested with a 12-month warranty. The website & order process is very misleading & gave the impression it was in stock for immediate dispatch. When in fact this is not the case & we had to wait over 3 weeks before the phone arrived. After only a couple of days we noticed the on/off button had stopped working. This was reported to QMF.
So that we were not without a phone for another lengthy period we reluctantly paid for another "Grade A “fully refurbished & tested phone arranging that we would return the original faulty phone when the replacement arrived for a full refund.
The second i-phone arrived approx. 2 weeks later & I had to chase them again for a returns reference for the original faulty phone so I could send it back as agreed for a refund.
Then a couple of weeks later the second replacement i-phone also developed a screen fault (Green screen).
After almost 15 weeks & dozens of emails I now had a refund outstanding & another faulty phone which required to returned for a refund
I finally got the original refund last week but despite numerous e-mails
(Tried calling QMF no one ever picks up the phone so do not waste your time)
They finally emailed me yesterday advising they cannot authorize a refund for the 2nd phone as its after their 14 days period. I’m still stuck with a faulty phone which needs to be returned but not getting any response.
If they do not provide me with a returns reference & confirmation that I will receive a full refund for yet another faulty mobile phone they have supplied in the next 48 hours then I will look to contact my bank to start charge back claim under section 75 & will also contact Trading standards who need to investigate this company.
