My new phone is great sold as A1 condition and it certainly is - it's just like new. It took every day of the 10 working days to arrive but it was worth the wait. My only complaint is that I was sent an email offering 5% discount on all phones which was not accepted at the checkout. I emailed customer services but as yet have not received a reply to this email. Only had my phone a couple of weeks but so far so good.
