QMF do not let you know you will have to wait up to 10 working days to receive your order until you have already paid. The impression is next working day delivery. MISLEADING! We are now 17 working days post order and despite several email exchanges still no phone. They do not answer their phone and send generic email responses. It’s a shame they seem to have the time to answer reviews on this site but are unable to answer phone call enquiries. Today I have cancelled my order and requested a full refund, which will doubtless be a lengthy, protracted business, and I will be contacting trading standards to lodge a complaint about this shockingly bad company. If you have any sense take your custom elsewhere.
