Place on order for a refurbished iPhone on 28th October, it's now 26th November and have still not received it, nor email confirmation that it has been dispatched.
I've emailed on numerous occasions but just get the usual 'should receive in the next 2-5 working days'.
Can never get through to anyone on the phone and they do not respond to 'live chat'.
I am now looking for a full refund.
