My last phone had been purchased from this company like many of my family members phones. All the phones we have recieved have worked great and delivered fairly quickly. Because of this I had trust in them and once my phone broke ordered from here straight away. Big mistake. My most recent order (which was placed nearly 3 weeks ago) has still not been dispatched and it’s really clear that something is seriously wrong with this company or they just don’t have the phone in the first place, it can’t take this long! I can’t go on any longer without a phone as I can’t get in contact with anyone, no one at my work can contact me and it’s all been a disaster. Obviously the minor inconveniences in my life are not priority however if I want a refund as they’ve taken WEEKS and still not given me a phone then I should receive one ! However instead they have simply ignored this and given me the same response that my order has been changed to priority and when it’s dispatched I’ll receive an email. Can’t even be bothered to give me an estimation of how long it will take which is probably because it’s going to take weeks on end. Absolutely fed up and am going to seek out what action I can take to get my money back from this company who now feel like scammers as opposed to the reliable and trustworthy company I used to think they were. Just can’t continue trying to communicate with them when they take 1 or 2 days to respond. Up to 2 more days I don’t have a phone! Sick to death of this company and going to make sure anyone I know knows to never order from here again.
