I ordered an unlocked phone from them from and they sent a locked one, Ive been trying to resolve this for more than two weeks now. It wasn't cheap either but they continue to fob me off on chat and email, you can't actually speak to anyone as they don't answer the phone. Ive asked for a replacement or a refund but have heard nothing for two days now - just silence. Luckily Ive paid for goods on credit card so will go down that route to get my money back. Take our advice, stay clear. If I could have given zero stars I would. I see they are actually acknowledging the 5 Star reviews on reviews.co.uk but not the 1 Star reviews. That should tell you all you need to know about them.
