QMF used to be really good - fast returns and quick dispatch with good communication. What happened? Maybe it’s just my experience but I won’t use QMF again. The phone I bought did eventually arrive but if it really takes ten days to send out a phone (what else takes that long?) with zero interim communication then you should tell all the other retailers who communicate with their customers and dispatch the same day or at least within two or three days!
