This company are a sham.
I waited for 19 working days (25 days not working days total) for a faulty phone to be delivered.
The responses from their team were rude and stand offish. I was told that it would not be until after Christmas for the phone to be fixed and sent back meaning it would be nearly 2 months. No apology, no support.
The complaint didn’t go any further either.
Do not use this company they trap people!
