Unfortunately when I placed an order it wasn’t stated the parcel needed a signature on delivery. As I work all week and there is no one home the parcel was unable to be delivered. I emailed the delivery company to change address, they said they couldn’t and I had to speak to the sending company to do that. I emailed Quick Fix Mobile to do this, they also refused to change the delivery address. After numerous unhelpful emails I had to pick the parcel up from the local delivery company which was AN HOUR AND A HALF drive away. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
