Ordered phone on 10th November. Was advised that it was dispatched on 23rd November. It arrived on 4th December with the screen broken. Contacted customer service immediately. Sent photos of packaging and phone as requested. I have been advised it's now with P2P whatever that is. Totally unsatisfactory. I will keep pursuing until I get a satisfactory outcome but it's just not good enough to treat customers like this.
