Same as all other customers really. Ordered a phone that was never sent. The phone number is not in use and customer support (which is most likely the owner himself posting under made up names) uses every stall tactic available. After enough pressure they confirmed that the order had been shipped and I even received an e-mail from the "shipping company". The e-mail looked suspicious (both contents and header) and after getting in touch with the delivery company they confirmed that the tracking number or the delivery did not exist which pretty much confirmed that they had been faking the delivery confirmations
The upside is that the company is registered with companies house and the directors are fairly high profile from ebay selling so criminal charges are probably to expect at some point.
