I cancelled my order on 2nd November and was promised a refund in 10-14 working days. It was not processed. I was subsequently promised my refund 5 further times, obviously ignored each time and the company stalled. They are basically trying to fob me off until I give in and forget it, I WONT. I've continuously called/emailed and asked to speak to a manager/have a call back. Obviously no one ever calls back. Needless to say I have begun taking legal action against this company to recoup my money. WARNING - DO NO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
