Worst customer service and order experience ever. Ordered a refurbished phone on a Friday. Changed my mind. Cancelled the order on the next Monday. Got verbal and written confirmation of the cancellation on the same Monday. Thought it was over. Was happy to wait the 10-14 days (though I think that is a bit extravagant and unnecessary) to receive my refund as stated. The following Thursday I receive an email telling me that it was too late to cancel my order and it was being sent out.
Why? I cancelled it. It had been cancelled. Why was it sent two days later?
I refused delivery of the phone, called them up (eventually got through after 20+ attempts) and tried to figure out what had happened. All I was told was that my refund would be available after they had received the device back, checked it’s conditon (I didn’t even touch the parcel) and this would take 5-7 days. Then when given the all clear, the 10-14 days of waiting for my refund would commence!!!!
Furious. Not only was my order sent out by their mistake. They did nothing to rectify this. They took my money, and are STILL holding it. Admit you made a mistake and put the customer right. After all, it should be customer service. Not this company. This company will take everything, leave you out of pocket (at Christmas too) and not even blink an eye. Will never use or recommend ever. The absolute worst I have ever experienced.
