The item was in excellent condition. The website and communications were clear about the item details, and the potential timing of delivery. It was about 10days which is what was estimated. If you expect things to happen quicker, then you may be disappointed, but Quick mobile fix deliver quality and are realistic about timing. The expectation for things to happen instantly denies you the pleasure of anticipation. Maybe the name is misleading, not necessarily speedy, but quality. We are very pleased with the service.
