Sent me the wrong colour phone and scratched screen. Nothing found anywhere on package or website about returning. Very hard to get hold of someone. Eventually an agent phoned me, who was helpful and sent me a returns label. Returning easy enough. However, I had to email them for them to confirm they had received my item. I then received an email saying my item would be refunded in 14 working days. 6 days later, I received the identical email saying I would have to wait 14 working days. Shambles.
