Purchase pristine phone condition, when it arrived it was excellent condition however the home button didn’t work correctly, the sim card holder didn’t go in properly and when you were on a call it was crackling you could hear the caller but they couldn’t hear you! Lost any confidence I had in the company with the very poor attempt at customer service. They never answered the phone so had to email or live chat, had to ask 5 times for how to return the faulty phone for a refund as they kept asking the same questions and offered to fix the phone. My thought was that if they had sent it out in that condition I did not trust them to fix it, plus I should not be having to get it fixed after only just purchasing it! I finally got details of how to return the phone and sent it back to them. The courier confirmed it had arrived on a Friday, quick mobile sent an email acknowledging the return the following Thursday. Their refund policy is 10-14 working days, they already had the phone for 4 days but they wouldn’t count towards the 10-14 days. I purchased the phone on the 24th November, if I get my money back by the middle of January I will be shocked! I’m sure I will have a battle on my hands to get my money back! This is a DREADFUL company whatever you do do not use them if you value your money. Terrible customer service and faulty products!!
