I missed my parcel when the delivery person first attempted to deliver my parcel, there was no card left for me to sort out a re delivery, so I had to go on there website to find there contact details, they kept me on hold for a very long time and when u think someone is going to answer, they pick up the phone and hang it up, they only answer to emails which doesn’t sound right to me, When I finally received my phone after speaking to someone online they send the wrong colour which was white and I ordered a blue phone, Apart from that it was in good condition and good working order and my son loves it.
