Within my company, we always aim for good reviews, so we deal with dissatisfied customers as a priority.
I purchased a phone, well before Christmas, which was supposed to be in good condition.
The phone arrived with a badly cracked screen, damage around the home button and worst of all sharp broken glass along one side.
They had time to replace the screen or send a replacement; however, they didn't treat this as serious, even though I sent pictures to them of the undamaged package and the broken phone.
I am now told that they will deal with this in the new year.
They deserve this poor review, not for sending me a broken phone, which may have been a simple error, but for not correcting their problem promptly.
Quick is not an adjective they deserve to use.
