Hubby and I both bought a good to excellent condition iPhone X from Quick Mobile. I had a confirmation email straight away and my phone arrived in great condition within a couple of days. Hubby ordered same phone in a different colour and didn’t receive confirmation straight away and got no replies to several attempts to contact the company. However email came a few days later and phone arrived a few days after that in great condition. Would have put his mind at rest if a reply of some sort had been made but other than that I have no complaints.
