***DISGRACEFUL COMPANY*** Ordered iphone X for my daughter on 7th December, by 20th I still hadn't heard anything. Canceled my order, which was acknowledge. The phone was sent anyway, which i didn't accept. Courier sent me an email saying the phone had been delivered, this was not true. Now been told they will refund my money once they have the pone back. I don't have phone or my money. Customer service diabolical, can't talk to anyone, take 24-48hrs to return email (not including weekends), then send impersonal emails not answering the questions you have. Last email I sent was on 28th, still no reply. Only gave 1 star as no option to leave 0. I seeking legal action to get my money back and will leave bad reviews everyday all over social media until I get it.
