Initially the Courier company had scheduled a delivery date/time which was not fulfilled..After contact a re scheduled date was made but again this was not fulfilled - eventually the phone arrived 3 days later.
IInitial attempts to charge the phone (after 24 hrs the charge reading was 17%) & even with further 24 hr charging the reading eventually dropped to 0%.
The phone has been returned as not suitable for purpose
Subsequent to the return of the defective no repayment of the initial cost has been forthcoming (seemingly because of a company 30 day refund policy (in my case repayment has now exceeded 60 days ).
Under these circumstances I have serious concerns as to the business practices of this company.
