Ordered Samsung S5 16th december
Still no phone
They have had my money all this time. I have been without a mobile all Christmas and haven't been able to contact my friends or arrange play dates for our 4 children.
They say by email they have prioritised my order for the first week of January. It is 19.07 Friday 4th January and no phone has been despatched. They have not been honest in their advertising or communications and are entirely unethical. The responses they post on here are all generic and clearly designed to look as though they wish to solve customers problems but this is just window dressing. The positive reviews are all from company employees being paid to post positive reviews to counteract the huge amount of bad ones to help get more of our money for the owner. Never encountered such a bad business model or customer service operation.
