This is the most appalling online buisiness I have ever come across.
Purchased a grade A refurbished iPad Air which did not charge when I received it on the 13th November 2018,they have had the iPad since the 13th december2018,I have had generic answers around all the emails sent,have spoken on chat to no avail.I still do not know if and when I will receive the iPad back repaired.I am now claiming via my credit card for my money back.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY ARE EITHER USELESS OR FRAUDS
