4th November 2018 – I have bought the phone
19th November 2018 – after 11 working days they have not send it
19th November 2018 – after 1000 emails and calls I have cancelled the order and they emailed me back “The refund will be processed on 12/12/18”
12th December 2018 - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 17/12/2018”
17th December – NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information”
18th December - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 21/12/2018”
21st December - NO REFUND and they said “Please await further information”
2nd January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/01/2019”
4th January - NO REFUND and they answered me “Your refund will be processed on 15/02/2019”
Reading the other reviews I am afraid that I lost my money
