I ordered 2 phones on 8th December, now over a month ago and have still not received them. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and phoned to find out what has been happening and have got absolutely nowhere; just generic email responses and holding for 20/30 minutes each time I ring. I have received one email to say they have been dispatched, followed by another to say this email was sent in error. I then received another email to say they have been dispatched but when I try and track them, I get a reply to say tracking number is invalid. I have requested the name and contact detail as for the manager and, surprise, surprise no response. I will be pursuing until I get a full refund. Anyone thinking of using this company - DON’T. You have been warned!!!
