I am completely fed up with Quick Mobile Fix. I purchased a phone back in October and am still yet to receive the correct one. First I was sent the wrong phone, then the correct was finally sent out but it had a horrendous battery life and wouldn't survive longer than an hour or two before dropping below 10% with very little usage. I have since sent back this useless phone and have been constantly trying to communicate with the customer service team to ensure I am sent a fully functioning phone once and for all, and the responses have been ridiculous. It feels like I am just speaking to a robot, all email responses appear copied and pasted because very little of anything I have said has been taken into consideration and responded to. After emailing requesting I receive a functioning phone asap so I am not without a phone for a long period of time, I received (what seemed) an automated email because it ignored everything I said and just repeated the email I had previously been sent about them receiving my phone back. I am really fed up with the responses I have received, or lack thereof, I just want to receive the fully functioning phone that I paid for and don't want to have to deal with this organisation again.
