My daughter saved for many months to buy an Apple Watch series 1 & she found one on the Quick Mobile Fix site that she could afford. So it was purchased on 7 October 2018. We were told that dispatch information would be received within 10 working days. So we waited the 10 working days and then chased. We were told they would check with their dispatch department. We waited longer and then chased again. We were asked to wait another 5 working days which we did. After this I gave up and asked for a refund. I chased several times and was eventually told I would receive a refund on the 5 January 2019! I was absolutely outraged at having to wait for so long for what should just be a simple refund. However, I had little choice other than to wait. The 5 January arrived and still no refund so I chased again. I eventually received a 'pending' payment into my paypal account on 8 January which I finally just received confirmation today from paypal that it cleared on 15 January. Very relieved to have eventually got a refund but find this consumer experience to be totally unacceptable. Quick Mobile Fix may well be ok for fixing things, but I would never buy from this company - it was anything but Quick! My daughter has now finally been able to purchase an apple watch from another company thank goodness!
