I was very happy with the phone. The only problem was with the courier service. The phone was left on the ground outside a door of a house of a neighbour. I live in the country! This house was vacant for Christmas. It was just by chance I saw a package outside the door of the house. It had been there a couple of days as it was wet and a dog or some animal had been at the package. The label was smudged. I had not received a call from courier re delivery. It was lucky that the phone was wrapped well and had not been touched.
